Katie is such an amazing person. She has been working with me and my fiancé since February of this year and has been working her butt off to help us find our forever home!! Even during are hard time of trying to look for a home, she was always there offering if we need gas money or if we need help with bills or even just a small fun little thing of letting my daughter ride in her big pink car making my daughter feel like a princess She is such an amazing person and such a kind soul. She is super outgoing and open minded about everything she’s also such a great friend not just a realtor. There was many times I felt super discouraged through the home buying process and she would sit on the phone with me and talk me through everything And help me feel confident again. I highly recommend Kaite as a realtor for the outstanding amount of Kindness and help she has provided for us She’s super patient probably the best person you could go with for looking for a house🫶🏻

I was a for sale by owner. Katie dropped off a basket of very cool information. She did not try to sale me however she made it clear if I needed anything to reach out! She showed me the value of why using a real estate agent was useful! She was true to her promise and we got the house sold!! She is super sweet and really does care about her clients .
